Checklist for
Making Your Weekend
Successful

Helpful Suggestion: Collect all the items listed below and put them in a small colorful, plastic, laundry-type basket. This will be readily identifiable and transportable.

ALL TWELVE (12) ITEMS BELOW ARE REQUIRED FOR EACH SESSION AND ARE TO BE AVAILABLE AT THE START OF EACH SESSION

* NOTE: OTHER SPECIAL ITEMS ARE REQUIRED FOR EACH DIFFERENT SESSION. PLEASE CAREFULLY REVIEW EACH SESSION'S REQUIREMENTS!


c A card table placed at the front of the room for the overhead projector
c A quality overhead projector (please test before the weekend)
c Spare bulb (or spare overhead projector) for the above overhead projector
c Largest projector screen possible (at least 8' by 10') A white or light colored wall without pictures may also work
c Wireless lavaliere style mike with sound system
c Trained sound technician to test the system and batteries before each session
c “Stick-’em-on-type” of name tags (NOT printed or plactic local church name tags)
c Several black marker pens for participants to write their names on name tags
c A card table at each room's entrance for name tags, pens, and other pick-up items
c Small candles (3" or 4") with plastic or paper drippers — estimate one per person
c Extra Bibles
c Pens (NOT pencils) estimate one per person
c 200 pieces of plain white paper 8½" x 5½" (ie. 100 sheets of 8½"x 11" cut in half This represents the TOTAL amount for the ENTIRE weekend for ALL sessions
c One bottle of Spring Water per session placed on the overhead table for Dr. Rand

NOTE: SPECIAL ITEMS ARE REQUIRED FOR EACH INDIVIDUAL SESSION LISTED BELOW IN ADDITION TO THE ABOVE REQUIRED ITEMS
